Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled from our Jurupa Valley, California (USA) warehouse.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, or remote islands/enclaves.
How long will it take?
Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded) · Transit: 5–8 business days. Final delivery timing follows the carrier’s timeline.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, please follow our Returns process.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also view status in Your Account.
