Shipping & Delivery Policy (U.S. Only)

Fulfillment Origin

All orders are fulfilled from our California, USA warehouse (Jurupa Valley, CA 91752).

Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), U.S. territories (e.g., PR, GU, VI, AS, MP), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or remote islands/enclaves and other locations not serviced by the carrier. Final availability and rates are determined at checkout and by the carrier.

Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping notice with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

Rates & Threshold

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $35+.
  • Under $35: a flat $5.99 standard rate (or as shown at checkout).

Transit Time

Estimated delivery for standard shipping is 5–8 business days. Actual timing depends on the carrier and may vary due to peak seasons, weather, or other events.

Address Changes & Split Shipments

  • If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  • For preorders or stockouts, items may ship separately at no extra shipping cost to you.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

  • If your package hasn’t arrived within 15 business days from the first carrier scan, please contact support.
  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.

Undeliverable & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, shipping charges are non-refundable. Reshipments will be billed at the actual rate.
